The original plan this morn was to drive up Phantom Canyon, but the mud was too much for my car, so i headed for the Wets instead. Glad i did, cause the snow was incredible--i measured 14" at Hardscrabble and it was caked all over the trees. Todd C ran into me on my way to Wetmore, and saved me from a ticket
Here's one from the start of Phantom Canyon (as far as my car could make it)

#2 These look much better at 5500 pixels, trust me!

#3 This was on the way out, sun coming out!

#4 Todd will recognize this shot from Florence.

#5 Fog was thick in Wetmore!

#6 Last one--Bighorn Butts! Your turn, Todd!

That's a sweet shot from Florence.
I just love how the fog separates the foreground from the mountains.
Definitely some pea soup there in 5. Like 4 the best with the fog separating the buttes from the high country. Maybe worth the effort to remove the bright spots (houses?) near the middle RHS border?
And as Bill already noted, that's quite a collection of sheep butts. They blend in nicely with the rocks and snow.
That first one has incredible color and I really like how the dark trunks anchor the shot. My next favorite would be 4 with 3 close behind. Excellent work!

Very nice series.
At least you had one ram looking at you.

Great stuff! Your shot from where we both were is much better than mine, with that great FG stuff. And #5 is just incredible!
I started processing some of mine, but decided to go back out to take more, so mine will be posting in a little bit. Have fun in Seattle!

Nice stuff, Stan. I'm partial to #5. In #6, you're on the wrong side of the sheep!

I like the light dusting of snow on the bushes and trees in number 2. The tree with the black branches in the URHC pulls me in. Hope you don't mind, it reminds me of Robert Glenn Ketchum's photos.

I'd have to say #4 really gets my attention.

Love the last one, Stan. You are a comedian.

#2 looks great (or at least I think it would it not for the compression), but I think I would crop out the patch of sky.
#4 works really well too.
#5 wouldn't be a best seller, but the color really pops out of the gray and I think the fuzzy er... foggy concept is really cool.

Stan, #4 and #5 get my vote. Overall, a nice series of photos.
