Spider or Harvestman? (+ repost)
Went to Hare Hill, Cheshire with our conservation group. Not well enough to do much apart from act as 'official' photographer. Spotted this specimen whilst leaning against a tree.I wish I had taken my Sigma SD14.

Blimey that's a strange looking creature! Never seen anything like it, well spotted. Photo wise - chopping off the brightness either side would really benefit, but it might leave you with too narrow an image... But perhaps that would accentuate those amazing legs!

I would consider cropping off both sides, as the sky doesn’t add anything to the image.

Flash is rather obvious, particularly as it appears to graduate from the centre.

Still a nice shot, well seen and taken.

Fascinating... crop in to the trunck... a great image showing how well this creature can blend in with its surroundings...

Yes a harvestman - specifically Dicranopalpus ramosus.
