In an attempt to prevent my website from becoming bloated, I've got a 1 in, 1 out system at this point. I'll only post new images if I delete older, or what I consider mediocre images. This fall I brought home 15 keepers, but this photo did NOT make the cut. Now I'm on the fence about it, what do you guys think?

Pano with quite a bit less sky would work wonders here in both images IMO.
Hey if you don't want it I'll take it, lol. Seriously Brian, the color is great, the sky is great, you could even crop this to a pan and make it work. Do you have any pans on your website? They're good sellers. Great image!

I think your philosophy on being picky is sound.
In that light, I would say 'Nay' for this unless you follow Jack's advice.
Even then, I think you have better.
It's a nice image. You have some sound advice already if you want to improve the image. Compared to you web site images I would say that this one is out at this time.

It's a nice shot, Bryan, but it's not up to the level of some of the fabulous work you've posted here in the past few weeks.

I personally like it better than several of your other photos. For example, I would replace this one:

with the one posted here.

Some pretty good advice here, thanks a lot for the feedback and encouraging comments. I've thought about the pano, but I've had such an affinity for clouds lately that don't want to lose any of the sky, especially the blue patch. Momo, you're right, I hadn't thought of my photo "Fresh", but after this last round of SJ photos it has become more or less obsolete.
I think John, Jack, and Steve have said it best already.

Doesn't really "pop" for me. Is this saved as sRGB? Maybe increase the contrast and saturation a bit? Otherwise it's OK, but not up to your usual standards.

The flow of the image in the lower right hand corner bothers me some. It looks like it was cut off. Buy the way you have some great images on your website.

Ken, any increases in levels at this point blow out the yellows, and any more saturation over saturates it. I guess some images just don't make the cut.
Don, thank you!

Maybe if you cropped it into a pano with less sky, but you have much better images on your website.

I'm really critical of my own work, so I'll offer my first reaction ... nay. But the pano suggestion makes the cut-off trees at bottom less distracting somehow.
