Back in the summer I posted asking if anyone ever went and photographed the elk heard in KY. To my surprise there was not may reponses. I just returned from there and it was great. Animals are free ranging and it was difficult to get within 100 yds if not 150 yds. I have never have attached a picture so I just copied and pasted to my shutterfly page.

Near Hindman in Knott County, Rd 1098 off of Hwy 80. Top of the mountain there is a reclaimed coal mine and a ATV Training Center there. Oh how I wish closer

Thought that might have been where these where shot. Should have yelled at me I'm 25 minutes from there
