Bern and I had a great workshop with some AMAZING images for our students and ourselves! Here's one the same days Bernie was there. Sorry we missed you Bernie I'll also post a bunch more on this thread later tonight.

Sounds like a great workshop. How'd the weather work out?
I recognize the first one. I think we've all stood there and taken that shot, wishing that branch was not in the middle of the cascades. Yours looks a lot better with fall colors. Which mill is that in the second? Interesting perspective.

Great shots. I like the mill (Mingus?) alot. Wish I had thought of that shot - was by there today.

Jerry were you the one I pushed into the creek to get my shot .. Just kidding !!
Were you up there around 3 pm, we came thru about that time and I jumped in and fired off about twenty exp and then hiked on up the trail to the cascades above, got some nice shots up there and got escorted back down by a young bear !!
Of course my grear was in my backback but my wife and son had a field day with their digital cameras.
Great shots btw can't wait to see what else you got.

You're making me sick man! To think I was unpacking and scrubbing floors in this filthy rental home in Charleston while you guys were out with these fantastic conditions! I'm so jealous!! Wish I could have been there. These pics are simply inspiring! Beautiful!
