One of the problems with feeding stations but makes a nice change when there's not much about.( Not at the site in front of the house thank goodness!)

Nice one John,
I too reckon that they get too much bad press, although I would not like one in the house

Very clean animals with no smell unlike mice. A really pleasing image of a beautiful rodent.

Another lovely detailed shot John. I too am a bit of a fan of these and think they are a bit hard done by; they certainly dont do much harm in small numbers and as David Taylor mentioned above they don't smell as mice do (all this from someone who spent most of his childhood hunting them with a ferret and a terrier !!! ).

A nice looking Rat very nicely photographed, with a railway line and tunnel at the bottom of my garden I do have the occasional problem, I really must try and get some images...

Very nice capture John and probably taking full advantage of you generosity of food stuffs in the garden..? You really have to love rats for their sheer determination to take over the world..! Superb critters and deserve lots of respect.
