Sandisk has a rebate going right now where the more Extreme SD or CF cards you buy, the larger per-card rebate you get. I just bought three 8gb Extreme-IV UDMA CF cards for $375, and will get a $200 Visa card in return. Just a heads-up for those of you who sent in the rebate form:
If you haven't received the rebate debit card yet, go to the SanDisk Rebate site to check on the status. If it says they mailed it to you more than two weeks ago, call them at 1-888-701-7637 to follow up with them.
I am posting this because there seems to be a pattern starting. Both Rene and I had to call them in order to get our rebate debit cards. They told him that he didn't get his because of a "data entry error" and they told me that mine was returned to them by the Post Office. Of course, they re-sent mine after telling me that they didn't need to confirm my address.
