Pool No 2. Got these coming quite often now. Bit wary though.

Yes, it has got "wary" written all over its face. Very nice capture.

Hi John,

Nice image, they are very shy, they always seem to know when your in a hide, I reckon they've got x-ray vision!

Cheers,

Lewis.

I am so jealous of this. Mine have all got eyesight like Lewis's and I can't get them to come anywhere like near enough.

Thanks all. Yes they are wary but I can recall once doing one at the nest, and the bird came back on whilst I was finishing the top of the scaffold hide. Once they do get settled they are not too bad But like all the Crows - spook 'em once and you can forget it !.
Cheers

Seems as if your pools are becoming very productive. I only ever see fleeting glimpses of these in my neck or the woods, yet a relative on the South Coast has them like pets in his garden.

Very nice image John. Well captured. Don't let Mark near your hide. I've heard the noises he makes to attract deer. Dread to think what he would do to attract a Jay  :wavey:
