A nice action shot Mark. The Eagle's claws, fish and water spray look sharp and I like the blur of the wings but the head looks a bit soft to me. That could be down to a few glasses of wine though or maybe I need to join Andy at Spec Savers

Very nice ! Head sharp/wing blurr about right.
Stretch the left canvas or change the crop if you can.
What sort of eagle is it ?- pearl eagle perhaps/

Brilliant capture Mark. The wing blur is spot on, but the head looks slightly soft on my monitor. I know none of the ones I saw on your monitor were in any way soft, so I reckon this one has just suffered from being crunched down for the internet.

Great shot, I just love the blur.

A cracking shot Mark. I agree with John R's comment about more space to the left but that is a minor consideration.
Robert.

Hi quite a nice image, but the point of sharp focus is clearly on the back wing which unfortunately results and head beening slightly soft.

Phil.

Hi Mark

Great action, sharp in the right places - little more room would have been good but that is a minor nit!

Nits covered, a lovely shot with the right amount of movement. Check your files for one with the fish facing you!

Hello Mark.

Cracking capture and one that probably needs to be seen big to get the true feeling to it.

I would agree with John about a little more room in front.

Well, Specsavers or not that eye couldn't be any sharper.

The beak looks a bit strange - nearly posterised, but I'd strongly suspect "shonky" processing on an uncalibrated monitor

Should have taken a 200-400 then you'd have more room too :jump:

It'll do nicely

Thanks all ,point taken on the space , thanks John et al .It is full frame and it was as I said very close and moving at speed, the frames either side have no wing tips .
The head for those going to specsavers. No Andy I'm not buying Bibble. LOL
Thanks again all ,most kind to drop in your thoughts.
