While you all have been shooting the heck out of the Ozarks, Iv'e been freezing my butt in Arizona and Utah. I sat out a snow storm for a few hours this afternoon waiting for a break in the sky. This is at
Valley of the Gods in Southeast Utah.
I haven't been camping as much as I thought I would because of the weather, but hopefully I will be rewarded with some nice pics.
Thanks for looking.

This is beautiful Ken...I like the foreground rocks/snow and how they point you off to the mesas in the background. Beautiful depth and detail in this photo! You could spend a lot of time looking at this photo, lots of interesting things for the eyes to take in.
I'd like to see a version of this where your shooting position was a bit higher if that would have been possible.

While the snow may be an unwelcome event for camping, it sure has provided a beautiful touch to this scene. Love it!

One of the most rich scenic parts of this country. One could shoot for years in Northern AZ and Southern Utah and never capture it all. A beautiful scene worthy of it's name. Sorry you are not able to camp as much!

What a beautiful area and you've done it justice with this shot. Well done.

Ken, great photo of the area. Man, I was just out there two weeks ago and it was 70 degrees.

A beautiful spot Ken. I really like how you composed this image with the repeating diagonals of rock accented by the new fallen snow. Well done!

Very cool shot (pun intended) There is a lot of depth to the scene, and I like the snow covered rocks in the FG. You can't beat red rocks & snow for a great combination! Hope to see some more from your trip - looks like you're having fun.
