Angel Kite
This is another Kite picture taken this week. I liked the position of the bird but would have preferred more eye contact. The piece of hill at the bottom right corner was left in deliberately to try to 'anchor' the bird to the ground instead of the more common sky only shots. This is a vertical crop from a horizontal image so plenty of scope for cropping but this is the one I preferred.

Very nice position. A small pity is the head facing away but we can't have it all.

Fantastic pose very well captured. Sounds like you have plenty of cropping options.

One of the best Red Kite shots I have seen Robert, Wales is a stronghold. The comp is spot on, and the image is so sharp. Very well done, in my opinion! I must go to Gigrin again.(not that I'm saying this is where you took this image, don't get me wrong)!

Paul. :wavey:

Gorgeous! I agree about the hill at the bottom anchoring the image.

Really sharp and nicely processed, I quite like the head position myself. Great shot! :toast:

Another cracker Robert, love the pose of this one and the colour and detail rendered is stunning.

Great job in capturing the Kite in such a pose and in good light. I think you need a larger slice of land to 'anchor' the image, so would be inclined to crop it out if it were mine.
