European Eagle Owl (C)

Taken at the Barn owl centre back in August. I highly recommend a visit if you haven't been. Vince is a top bloke, and it is a real pleasure to watch him working with the birds, in such a lovely natural environment.
Struggling with processing for this small size at present, guess I ought to get my wallet out soon!

Lovely detailed flight shot Phil. For me it could perhaps do with a bit more space around it but if this is full frame then I'd be happy with it.

Thanks both, appreciate the feedback. Yes it is full frame, apart from a very slight crop top and bottom.
It is good to get feedback from all the experience on here compared to a 'jack of all trades' site where this recieved photo of the week and about 100 positive votes with no mention of it being to tight. I can see your point now it is mentioned, but don't think it detracts to much in this instance.

Can't do a thing if its full frame Phil but a splendid image indeed. Beautifully sharp and a lovely eye.

Very nice shot Phil. Vince is doing a heck of a job there and his vision for the centre id fantastic.

Looks great to me as it is. Its the face that catches and holds your attention. It's not an environment shot and at this size, it certainly doesn't always hurt to fill the frame imo.
