Congrats on this milestone and thank you for those comments. I appreciate them. I also enjoy your images and I think they've steadily improved. I think commenting and reviewing your comments relative to those of others on a given image is pretty good way to improve one's work. I certainly know it's helped me improve my skills. No surprise then that your work gets better all the time.

Well done Morris, I know I always applicate his helpful comments or critiques.
Wow, that's lot of typing isn't it? My wife was stunned when she learned I had hit 5000 posts. She doesn't belong to any online forums and has made 1 comment online. Oh. well, opposites do attract. Thank you Bill for recognizing this. Your forum is a joy to participate or even just spectate in, and your comments and critiques are always of a positive and encouraging note. That goes for all the rest of you as well. My growth as a photographer has been fueled by all of you in the various forums. I love to look at good photographs almost as much as trying to create them, and their is a virtual wealth of great photography here at Nature Photographers Network. I look forward to the next 5000.
