Does anyone have the paper profile for Hawk Mt's Sharpwing Lustre for Windows for the Epson Stylus Pro 3800? It is not on their website. If so, would you email it to me? dlloyd@unitedhomeins.com

thats weird. It is on there website, it is just a blank folder when you download it.

I know and I have been trying for a couple of months to contact them on this. I have left messages and sent emails and have not received any response. I can't get a "live" person to answer the phone when I call, only voice message. Same for the Mac profile, it is not there either.

Same here - I gave up trying to get any response about a year ago. I assume they have gone out of business.
