Yet another Red Kite from one of those days I rarely seem to get ie. when things go right and I come away with more images than I thought. I have been trying to vary the images and really wanted to include as many with the ground in as I could. Although this has the bird quite small in the frame I liked the way it is positioned aginst a brighter piece of sky and for me highlights the birds effortless flight.

I like the composition here, with just the right amount of hill to indicate the bird's environment. There is a slight halo visible on my screen, mainly showing under the kite's belly.

Love the composition here Robert, and the way his eye seems to be fixed on the ground below. A bird on a mission Nice one.
