Hello all -
I'm hoping to learn more about how photographers typically go about securing corporate sponsorships (equipment mfgs, trade associations etc.)
I have some trade show and training opportunities developing in 2010 that I think will be good situations for sponsor involvement.
Any thoughts, advice or referrals would be greatly appreciated!

I'm not sure if this would help but you could try talking to John at Englewood Camera. He is pretty knowledgeable in a lot of areas and know a number of suppliers...maybe even they would consider sponsoring you. One of their steady customers is Jay Dickman. Jay is sponsored by Canon and several other major corporations.Now that you have credentials as an author that should help a lot. Good luck!
