I've been out with Spikey again. He's having a great time oudoors. I'm Spikey's father for almost 2 years now. In the summer he's somewhere in the garden and in the winter he's sleeps in a nice winter home which my son and I have build for him. I hope he will stay with us for many years to come.

Gorgeous Autumn shot and youare fortunate that this guy stays with you.
A very nice image and one which I am sure is commercial, however for me it is too staged... I think, remove the (great looking) bucket and just use the autumnal sapling would be a little more natural, I am sure he will present many more opportunities.....
The 'look' of this image is superb by the way, its quality, I would just loose the top to just above the bucket...

Whether staged or not, this is a lovely image. We get hedgehogs in our garden as well. They are still coming for food every night, does anyone know when they are likely to go into hibernation?
It certainly is a nice and creative shot, but like Phil I also think it is too staged.

Comments aside its a great looking animal and that cuteness should appeal especially to the ladies. An ahh shot as they say.

Nice one Ed, you're fortunate to have such a housemate. Very well executed and commercially interesting shot. Might be staged, but is is well done.

Thanks guys. Of course this is staged but it's also a lot of fun for both of us. We are having a break after 30 minutes and Spikey is eating some cat foot in the bucket and I'm having a cup of coffee. He's one happy hedgehog. Here's a repost of Spike after dinner.
Staged or not really love it. Especially the second shot. Beautiful autumnal colours. I think mine have all gone into hibernation. Can't say I blame them it was freezing cold today.
