This was one of those mornings I wished I could have been in more than one place at a time. From Sprague Lake in RMNP.
Compressing this made for a little color funkiness along the ridge.
Thanks for any comments.

I just love all of the shapes here...the ridgeline (and its slightly diffused reflection), the line of ice in the lake (that serves to break the reflection oh so well), and the curved line of the shore in the foreground.
The colors of the sunrise are the cherry on the cake. Sure seems to me that you were in exactly the right place at exactly the right time.
In other words, a wonderful image, Paul!
Edit:
Interesting how the reflection in the left quarter differs from the ridgeline.

This is wonderful Paul. What I really like is the way you projected your name over the water. I've tried that, but my projector never seems strong enough to do it clearly. Beyond that the shapes, the open water, ice, beautiful clouds and gorgeous color really make this a winner!

This is one sweet shot Paul. The color is amazing and like how you mimic a river running through the foreground. Congrats!

A very serene image with strong colors and soft clouds, this creates a nice contrast. Excellent image!

That's some sweet light. I also like the lines from the gap in the ice.

Wow, what great colors. Well done.

Beautiful light. I like that you chose the landform to fall into a silhouette as it makes for a simple, yet elegant composition.

I'm really drawn into this image...it makes me want to be there...out on an early morning hike...just gorgeous!

Nice warm light and there is a lot to like in what you have captured. I like the feeling of depth one gets from the ice, but I loose that feeling moving up into the hills. Perhaps a little fill to show the layers in the hills and bring out the forest's dark green (if you want to go that direction)?

Thanks all.
John, I didn't even notice the reflection difference. Interesting. It's totally natural. I'm gonna study this next time I head up there.
Erik, it's not projection, it's light painting!

Still fairly gorgeous! Good stuff, Paul.
