That is an interesting system. Still seems a bit of a waste to have a sensor AND lens module, but it is a point and shoot. For DSLR's it would be nice to just have a sensor module that could be changed out, instead of replacing the whole camera.

I was excited about this until I read that the zoom lens will still have a compact sensor... boooo....
I think in a year or two all these new small-camera-big-sensor compacts will have matured, along with better lens selections. For now they all seem a bit lacking to me for one reason or the other, mostly lens ranges (in a small size).
