Morning Roar...
Was sorting a couple of images for my camera club and decided I quite liked this one from the rut last year. A bit late on the uptake of all the other deer uploads but thought I'd share it anyway.

Kind regards,

Brett

Very effective shot Brett imo - love the rays through the trees, the delicate cloud edge and the overall atmosphere - nice one :wavey:

Super image, Brett, with just enough detail in the grass on my monitor. I love that sun shining through the trees.

Hi Brett

They don't come much better - I would be tempted to remove the 'tree guards' on the saplings but that is a very minor point!

Nicely done Brett

lovely atmosphere and colours :toast:

Shame about the tree guards might be tempted to have a go removing them

Hi Folks, thanks for the kind comments..

Julian: No this isn't the image that Phil refers and I'm sure with a few expletives! It is part of a batch of images from the same day but a different aspect in similar light qualities.

Great atmospheric image. Don't remove the tree guards, our conservation group spends hours erecting them when required, in our area.

mumble, expletive, mumble.... just reminded me I aint talking to you

Nice, guards in or out?, I guess its your call, personally I am not too bothered by them, but if chose to remove them it shouldn't be too hard a job.

I love this one. BAGS of atmosphre. And tree guards in - without them it would be a stag in a meadow. With them in theres a story here thats really important. In or out, its a belter.

Absolutely fantastic, loving the light coming through the tree and loving the roar. Lovely light.
