Moon and cross
I took this last weekend while in Manhattan. I took this in the late morning. I know the timing isn't the best. I think about 3-4 days earlier, with a fuller moon and less daylight would have been much better. Do you think the overall concept has any interest? Thanks in advance for any input.

Rob, I love the idea of this shot! I'm always looking for interesting subjects to combine with the moon and would absolutely love a shot with the moon rising/setting by this cross.

Overall concept?

Of course, especially for Christians.

The wire illustrates the pain of the scourge; the blue sky hope; the cross--love and sacrifice for humanity.

The moon? Not sure. I would try one with the sun.

Then when someone asks, "What's up", the reply would be, 'the rent, the sun, and the Son'....".

So, that's my "overall concept"...

I like the overall concept Rob. I think the image would be stronger if the moon were in focus and if it were brighter, and possible closer to the cross.

Thanks guys. Scott, I look forward to your attempt :). The odds of me being up there at the right time are pretty slim.
