Hello friends,
usually garden birds on the feeders just land on the perch for a few seconds. This little chap rested for over one and a half minute at the sunflower. It was a great pleasure to watch and shoot.

This just reminds us what beautiful little birds they are that we take for granted - , a lovely composition.
Interesting comp Berti and as Kim said, great to see these little fellows. Perhaps a little less on the sharpening & sat which might just help the whites too? Be careful going too high on the ISO on the 20D
Love the pose... the contrast does indeed need to be reduced along with the saturation, I don't think there is too much of a problem with the sharpening...

A very nice over the shoulder pose, however I do agree with the above comments re: contrast and saturation. Nice work.
Lovely pose of a albeit common but gorgeous bird. If you shot raw, I'd consider reducing the contrast and/or exposure a little as the whites looked blown on my screen. The colour looks a bit cold too - I guess the light was poor judging by your iso setting. Still a very pleasing shot.

Lovely and well composed shot. However I agree with Stephen about the sharpening & saturation.
