I recently purchased a Singh-Ray 5 Stop ND filter and I went out yesterday to try it out. All of my pictures using it were magenta cast! I experimented from sunrise to mid-day.
Can any one of you great people shine a little light (not magenta) on this? Is it something I am doing or far more.
I have a Canon Rebel XSi, if that makes a difference.

Is it a Mor-Slo Singh-Ray 5-Stop ? If it is you might have an older model which originally had a magenta cast but the new ones do not. This is kind odd since they fixed that problem with the Mor-SLo

Its a George Lepp P-size filter. Every example I see online stating it was used looks great

Ask Singh-Ray to replace it with another one, Matt. They've been extremely cooperative with me on support issues.
