After the storm
Here's a panorama photo that I took this morning of Roxborough State Park right after sunrise. It was sure cold standing there for an hour with 30+ MPH gusts of blowing snow in my face!

Comments?

This presentation format is such an injustice to panoramics, but this certainly is a nice one. The blowing snow on the left edge certainly speaks to the blasting you received.

An hour??? Man, I'd have sat in the car til the last minute! Cool shot, but I'll bet it looks much better huge.

I need to come up with a site that I can link to much larger versions of my photos. The site I've been using also doesn't offer larger sizes either, so that's no help.

I'm going to try providing a link to a larger version, but this doesn't seem much better: http://i761.photobucket.com/albums/xx251/jgbennett56/SunriseAftertheStorm-s.jpg

Very nice, and the light is better than the last one.

Have to agree with Todd about waiting in the car. Way cool shot

The problem with waiting in the car was that I couldn't see the whole area over the snowbank in the parking lot from inside the car! I also had to keep waiting for just the right time for the blowing snow to settle across most of the scene (and me) before snapping off the three photos for the panorama.
Cool shot? More like a very cold shot!
