Spikey the final
One more and then I'll quit. It's time for my next project and that will take all winter I'm afraid. Well...it was fun for me to do and can't wait to meet Spike next spring.

Hey Edwin,

Good series of photos and this one is probably the best. Getting young people into nature is increasingly difficult. Pictures like this are essential for the job. I'm not sure how many teenages would be moved to go out and find a hedgehog but adults with young children should be stirred by this time of image. That's where the eduation and fascination begins.

Thanks guys. I'm sure we will meet Spike again next spring. But it's time for him to hibernate. He's done a great job and I thank him for his patience and a good laugh so now and then. I'm sure he's one happy hedgehog and after a good anti parasite treatment by the vet and a full tummy he will sleep like a king.

Thanks,

He is one very spoilt hedgehog! But it's good to know Spike is being well cared for!

Like this one, it's the best of the bunch imho. Have a good sleep Spike!!
