Snowy tree
I went out wandering yesterday while the storm was clearing out and stopped by one of my favorite trees.
Thanks for any comments. I just started using LR2 Mogrify, so if any of you eagle eyed folks see anything weird, let me know.
Thanks,
Paul

I've no idea what mogrify is, but this tree has a wonderful structure. Really came out nice Paul.

You've done a good job here, especially with the DOF. Pics of trees often don't turn out anything special, but this is crisp, contrasty and surreal.

So why would we see anything weird here? As best I can tell mogrify just adds watermarks and boarders, right?

I "oooh!"'d out loud when this came up. Nice one, Paul.

This is really, really nice! The snow makes those branches pop, and the branches design makes it all the more special.

This is very nice Paul, I really like the shape of the tree and the brown against the white!. Glad you got out and found this image!.

A wonderful structure indeed!
This has almost a haunted look to it. I like that.

OK, tell us about 'modrification', please.

I like the background. There is a good separation between fore and aft making the tree stand out more.

Thanks guys. LR2 Mogrify is a tool Erik turned me on to. It allows for doing some cool things when you export from Lightroom. In this case, borders, copyright, resize. I had been having a lot of problems with artiifacts, hence my comment.

A beautiful mix of the snow falling and the tree with it's bare trunk and limbs. Well done.

Like the snow on the tree and the horiz. crop. Nice colors as well.

Looks cold to this MO resident, please keep your snow so you can take more nice tree photos.
