This ram looks like he is asking for a date with the charming ewe. Had a great time on our trip to Arches and the other National Parks.

Cool. Nice to see you found some of the desert bighorn in Arches, they aren't quite as common as their Rocky Mountain cousins. I like the composition too. Glad you enjoyed your trip to the region.

Thank you Joshua,
Actually we found the big horn northeast of Moab, not in Arches. I have larger images on my site, www.OzarksPhotos.com. The National Parks are priceless.

As I mentioed before with your first image, these animals aren't easy to find out here.
Not only did you score a nice portrait earlier, but then you get an even rarer shot like this!
Congratulations!!
Were you actively seeking sheep on this day?

Thanks again John,
The desert sheep are well camouflaged making them hard to spot. We were hoping to locate some to photograph during our visit to Utah and had good fortune.

What a cool shot--almost looks like a museum set up its so perfect. Thanks for sharing!

Thank you Stan,
You certainly have nice images on your site.
The sheep although hard to find were very cooperative. They even stayed in the shadows.

Nice shot. I agree with Stan, almost looks to good of a setting to be true.

Thank you Brian,
We were fortunate to catch them in a bit of draw with enough brush to cover some of the rocks.
I just can't tell if the ewe is interested or giving him a brush off.

Wow! How did I miss this? It almost looks like a museum diaorama. Well seen and captured!
