This is my first post on the naturephotographer.net forums. I took this shot last month at Eno River State Park, near Durham, North Carolina. I welcome your feedback.
Welcome to the forum Nate. Nice first post. I hope to see more.

Lovely, quiet scene Nate. I used to take quite a few pictures at the Eno River State Park before I moved south to Chatham County. Do you live in Durham?
Indeed, I do live in Durham. The park is a solid option, though it's major virtue really is proximity.
I look forward to seeing some of your images, Matthew. I still consider myself a newcomer to photography, and I'd enjoy some pointers on good spots in the region.

My website is currently down and I'm having trouble getting it back up.
But lots of pictures from the triangle area once I get it working again.

Matthew/Nate- I will be in Durham this weekend and wonder what was the best place to get a quick shot or 2 of Eno River or even just check it out. Probably be out Sunday (don't know that I want to brave the rain Saturday.)
I'd recommend heading to the the entrance near the intersection of Pleasant Green and Cole Mill. Head down to Few's Ford, and there are solid options upstream from there. Good luck!

Thanks Nate! If the weather clears off some Sunday, we may give it a try.
