Lone Oak
I found a CF under my light box and on it were some images from a local drive around the Santa Ynez valley. This is just a simple little scene from the rolling oak country.

Harvey,

Sometimes simple is best, like the light and the silhouetted Oak. Nice capture

How many more CF cards are laying around?

The lone oak looks great against the beautiful sky.

:toast: The isolated tree and the sky is excellent. Very nice, Harley.

LOL! I don't know, I maybe I haven't found them all yet. Somehow, I never misplace film. Kinda tells you where my priorities are.

I don't think it has as much do with priorities as it does with aging brain cells.

I really like the image, Harley. It's simple and peaceful. We have many scenes similar this in the Oak-Savannah country up here in the Foothills, as well.

A beautiful, distinct silhouette.

What a great looking specimen. The silhouette works well here to display the oaks nice structure. Although, just one more branch would have made this tree perfect.

Harley,

I think you should completely switch over the digital now. That way, when you wonder around in a "Harley daze," you can always fill up CF cards, lose them, and then be filled with joy when you find them under your desk or in the glove box of your truck.

All kidding aside, a simple and peaceful image.
