Bosque in January

Considering a trip to Bosque Del Apache in January. Any tips or suggestions appreciated.

Check out Artie Morris' site at www.birdsasart.com. A lot of his archived Birds As Art newsletters will have Bosque tidbits and he offers a Bosque guide for a few bucks as well. He goes every year and stays a month or two. Ive helped him teach a workshop there and he knows it inside and out, can tell you where to stay, where to eat and what ponds to be at depending upon time of day and wind direction.

It's quite a place!
