Super image Phil. Great detail in the face. Love the still water in the foreground and the water splashes to the side. Colours are really nice (on my newly calibrated monitor)
Hi Phil
Cracking shot, love the low, intimate pov, nicely framed with good eye contact. The background sand bank is a minor irritant but you can't have everything!
Cheers

Excellent for the reasons given above. I might be tempted to lose one or two of the bits of flying sand above the seal's back as the darekst ones draw the eye a little.

Hi,
Spent my morning after action images.... This is from one of the first sequences, I particularly like the still water...
All the best
Phil
wonderful action shot, frozen to perfection - i think, great detail and expression on the grey seal's face, love the eye contact

Very nice indeed, as Jeff says frozen to perfection.
I also like still water in the foreground, similar effect to "mush" but much classier!
Is that blood around the left nostril?

Yes the first splash on the still water works really well and the face 'pops' out at you - very very nice!

I am looking forward to seeing some more of these soon
