Captured this coyote at Crown Hill Park this morning. Nice morning to be out. Hardly any people there!

Nice image, very sharp, I would boost the levels a bit though.

Thanks Bryan. I tried that and it seemed to help.

Looks like the same one I saw this morning. I was out yesterday with dog but without camera and ran into 3 of them, one out on the ice trying to nab one of the geese. He almost ran into us trying to get off the ice, then quickly ran back on the lake to try another route.
That new 500 seems to be working well for you.

Hi Dan. Nice shot. Coyotes are one of my favorites this time of year. Those eyes really tell a story. You've given him some nice room in front. My only suggestion might be to tighten up the crop on the bottom placing him the lower third. Good stuff!

Thanks Ray for the crop suggestion. Now that I look at it, there is a little too much space on the bottom.

Great shot Dan, I like to film coyotes. He has a bite mark on his right shoulder ?
And he has a great "wolfy" face!

Looks great, especially after the two edits.
I really like how the coyote's color closely matches the background.

Great shot Dan. Was out there a few weekends ago and they seemed to be very active. Pretty sure I saw this one and there was a light red coated one as well.

What a beautiful animal! I love the eyes. They seem to be staring right through you. Nice work!
