Call the Park Service there and ask if any of their recommended guides specialize in photographic tours. You may also want to contact the folks at the Changing Woman Café.
Guy Schmickle and I used a fellow recommended by the NPS for a few hours who took us up to The Window. Guy has his name and phone number...hopefully he'll chime in here. He wasn't knowledgeable about photography, but we just needed an escort.
