Thanks everyone for making 2009 a great year for the Weekly Challenge! I'm always blown away by the quality of entries, you guys really made it a real 'challenge' to make picks this year!
If you have any ideas for the Gallery for 2010--please shoot me an email and let me know! As i've mentioned to a few, I'm looking for themes that are not too specific, not too general (ie., just right ) and try to make them accessible to a broad range of styles, so everyone can participate. One more week to go for 2009--Floris' "Blue Skies" theme, then hope to see y'all in 2010!

Stan, give me some wind challenges as that's about all I have up here in the winter to work with: Blowing snow, nature's fury, wind sculpted, etc...
Eating--Any avian/fauna shot with food in the mouth Food now thats a good idea

I emailed you a few ideas I had Stan, hope it helps. Also wanted to say thanks for the great job you did with the Weekly challenge last year, I know you always take the time to comment on everybody's submissions and I'm sure everybody appreciates it as I have. Looking forward to 2010, should be fun.
Thanks, Stan, for all the positive comments and hard work you put in. Much appreciated!
I loved the "butt" idea in 2009 and would love to have that again - animal/bird butts (ie going in the opposite direction from what we wanted).
Other suggestions: "raindrops", "approaching storm", "rainbows", "vast", "primary colors" (mostly red, blue, or yellow)
