I use Sensible Dust products on my D200, D300 and D70s, so far without mishap. But you do have to be meticulous and select the correct cleaning fluid for the type of grime that is on the sensor. Regardless, you always run the risk of scoring the filter on top of the sensor, so utmost care is the order of the day.

I've been using visible dust products on Canon DSLR's including the 5D II with excelent results.

I've used the visible dust green swabs coupled with the dust aid cleaning fluid, i have used this on both my 1DmIII and the 5DmII.
Results have been excellent so far
