Cascade River
This shot of the Cascade River on the Minnesota North Shore was taken in October late on a rainy day using a 5 second exposure.

I think you may be too wide here. I'd maybe crop outhe the foreground rocks, plus left and right sides to focus in on the water motion.

I personally like the wide, it helps with eye movement, however, I keep coming back to the center, which given the surroundings seems a bit hot. Good exposure captures the 'radiance' of the water.
