Hendrik, the sizing of the images for posting is 200kb file size and 720 pixels on the longest side. For the Larger View, it is 500kb file size and 1200 pixels on the long side. This maybe the cause of the Error you are receiving. Good luck.

Paul, I also tried making it smaller but still get the same message. The thing that I cannot understand is that I have to browse for the file and copy the location before trying to upload it. During the browsing the files is found and that is why the error is so baffling.
WOW, not sure Hendrik. I know you have posted here before, so I'm not sure what you are encountering.

Paul, thanks but I`ve even made the photo smaller. Changed the name. Made copies in other locations but nada. does not want to work. Tried from another computer with a different operating system. Same error
Have you posted anything on the site within the last 48 hours, that is another criteria to be met?
I saw where you had an image posted on the 11th in ES&S so if you are posting there it should have met that time period now, unless there is some clock issue some place.
I would contact Jim if you have everything sized correctly and you have gone over the 48 hour time period.

Paul, Thanks forn the suggestions and the effort to help. I`ve met all the criteria as stated but still NADA
Hendrik, I just posted an image to ES&S and it took with no issues. I have deleted as it was just for testing purposes.

Paul, I just again resized, made a copy and eventually it loaded. I did this before and it did not want to work. Thanks.

Hey Floris, I know that I look stupid but yes it IS a jpg.
I did exactly what needed to be done with the one that you suggested. Eventually changed the filename, location and everthing I think could be changed but NADA.
Good to hear you finally got it worked out, Hendrik. My test post went right through, so, the system seemed to be working OK.
So, whatever changes you got worked through seems to have solved the issue on your end too at this point in time.

Hendrik, let me know if this happens again. If you still have the file that wouldn't upload, email it to me and I'll give it a go.
I once had a problem where the site told me I could only post every 72 hours when I tried to upload. I decided to log out and then log back in, and all was well.
I bring this up because a cookie may have been corrupted. Logging out and then back in created a new one; at least that's my assumption.

Hendrik: Glad you got it to work.
