One from earlier this year when reccying for the Welsh trip.
Car as hide, Oly E-3, Oly 300 f2.8 plus 1.4 tc, bean bag, iso 400, 1/500s at F5.6, CW metering -2/3 ev. Cropped from landscape to portrait. A fleeting encounter enabling me to fire off a few record shots before attempting to re-orientate the camera, but it was off and gone. The rear vegetation is a bit distracting and probably cropped too central for some tastes.

Maybe I would prefer it slightly to the left, but not a big issue, nor do I find the background distracting as it is out of focus. Good result from a fleeting encounter.
Nicely taken and a good head turn. Perhaps a touch of cw rotation might help along with some adjustment to bring out the catchlight and liven up the eye.

One of those confusing shots given the subject is standing on a slope but does need a smidgen of rotation I fear. Nice over the shoulder look though.

Nits covered, a super pose. I also think a touch of the warming filter may help too, but then that's a personal preference.Very nice all the same.
