just came across this. All quite interesting, not least since the photographer won 2 major competitions with this gate jumping wolf;

I was waiting to see if this was going to be posted,the two locations do look amazingly similar especially the tree but until all the facts are there I will await the result with interest!

I agree we shouldn't jump to conclusions - if the mods don't think it appropriate for me to have posted this then please delete it.

Agree John,this could have implications for all of us,wildlife photography the truth!!!
Perhaps captive animals should have to sign a model release form!!

Very interesting - would be worth comparing the image with the similar leaping wolf shot that I'm sure I've seen somewhere....

Sorry guys,

Whilst I agree it has a far reaching consequence if proven, the allegation in the above link is nothing more that conjecture at this point. A fellow photographers name being associated with this story means it may have an effect on their reputation and if so possibly their income.

It would be wrong for all of us, and potentially libelous for NPN as a publising site, to be seen to allow or aid in any further potential defaming of a fellow photographer. When what is alleged is investigated and a conclusion is reached by those tasked for doing so we can discuss then.

I am therefore locking this thread until such a conclusion is reached - it is only fair to the photographer in question.
