Are you in a happy place? OT

What state in the union would you guess people to be the happiest?
If you have even spent much time in Louisiana you would know. These people live in a state of perpetual "party". Not a hard one to guess.
How about Colorado? Where do they rank. Post your guess before you look.....you might be surprised.
