I thought I'd share a little tidbit I happened on...

I do a little on line FPS gaming and I had to buy a new mouse. One of the features the new mouse has is that I can adjust the sensitivity on the fly. So if I need slow mouse movements,I just click a button on the mouse and I can get pin point accuracy.(great for sniping bad guys with a scope)

This feature of being able to adjust sensitivity of my mouse has also come in handy when I am doing post-processing and need to make fine selections, or when I have a plug-in with sliders for controls and I only want to move it a smidgen. Piece of cake now.. So if you want precise mouse control and don't want to get a tablet, you may want to check out a gamers mouse.

PS..If you are interested..the game I play is free, and is called Combat Arms. Something to do on a cold wintery day.

Well darn it...I knew I was forgetting something in this post.

As the late Paul Harvey would say..this is the rest of the story. I purchased an optical mouse and kinda wished I would have bought a Laser instead, but it was the only one I could find in town.

This is the one I bought SteelSeries Do a google search on top five or so gaming mouses to get an idea of whats out there.
