Sunset at Pt. Reyes....

Tony,

I love the sky and the layers in the terrain. I think it is stronger without the cow, though. The hint of fog is nice, too.

I was over there with Dan Baumback just before Thanksgiving, and I spent a lot of time there when my wife lived there before we married. I love that country!

And I was just thinking how much I like that cow showing its bovine disinterest in all the fire in the sky, the ghostly trees, and the wonderful layers of earth receding toward the sea.

Tony,

Rudy stole my line! I think this represents the landscape of Point Reyes perfectly. I wish though the cow was actually more in the frame and her grazing head a little more visible - but what can you do?

Great sky, nice layers and an excellent capture from Point Reyes.

We all must think of happy cows in California and mad cows from Enland.

Beautiful sunset Tony, it's makes me want to put it on the to do list.

Exposure control and colors look great here. I too wished the cow was a little more centered, or at least with it's head up. That'd make this perfect in my book. Very nice!
