One from today. Having taken him an early Christmas lunch he repaid us by posing nicely - until the Moor Hens decided to polish off the rest of the food.

This one definately has the 'aw' factor! Have a good Christmas Maggie.

Brilliant mammals Maggie and unusual to see them in snow I would think. Cant believe they are still so active. I know they don't hibernate as such but thought they would be really difficult come the Winter. A good one to have.

Missed this earlier.
Great stuff. Maybe a bit off the left but no big deal.

Thanks everyone for your comments. There certainly weren't so many about in the snow but they are still around and can be tempted out onto the bank with a few tasty morsels.

Thats a lovely shot of this charming little mammal Maggie, I'll be there on Sunday and if I get anything as good as this I'll be well pleased.
