Here is a shot from the other day. These three have been hanging around here for a week or so. Have tried to get a shot a couple times just don't want to disturb them, but they have been close to the road a couple times. Have plans to get down to West Alton in Jan to shoot some swans there.

They must be enjoying the remaining food from the fall harvest. The swan in front looks a little hot as a result of the sunny conditions, which are always tough to deal with when shooting white birds. Have a great New Year and make the most of that lens!

The front swan looks a little hot in the direct sun and the background is very distracting.
