Managed to get down to Pagham Harbour this morning, with it being high tide there were a lot of birds about. This is my favorite but would be interested to know what you think of the dirt in the water, as I don't know if it is distracting or not?/

Any c&c appreciated.

Hi Liam,

I think this is a good image. The contrast and darkness of the birds is enough not to make the dirt too distracting. The colour is nice and I like the way one bird is facing the opposite direction.

Like silohuettes and this is full of atmosphere, would just suggest a trim off the bottom.

The dirt doesn't bother me at all. Lovely glow in the water. Just to be contrary, I wish the birds were all facing the same way

Thanks for the comments, there were about 5 birds, all constantly moving so I got a few different shots. Here is one with 3 birds facing the same way..

Hey Liam

The image has a nice tranquil feel to it and I like the positioning of the birds

Best for 2010
