Event page added for 2010 shindig and Reminder to reply to party thread above

Our annual RMNP party will be on Jan 30th at Qube starting at 5PM. You can read about the event (and upload your pictures for the slideshow here ). We also have posted the 'rules' associated with the White Elephant we will be having. I have added any confirmed people to the page with what they are planning on bringing. If you are planning on attending please RSVP to the sticky thread at the top of the forum here and upload your slideshow images on the main event page.

We are really looking forward to this annual event and seeing everybody again. And if you live outside the Denver area and would like to attend email me and we'll try to help.

I have updated the event page and want to remind everybody to let us know if you are attending.

Also, to the community at large I have arranged for a few vendors in town to give us some great door prizes but would like to invite the community to donate door prizes that we can raffle off to the group at large. This is our community and is a great opportunity to give back to the group. If you are interested in donating a door prize (can be a product or even a service) just shoot me an email.

Thanks,

RichieV

Just a reminder to let us know if you are planning on coming to the party this coming Saturday. I have updated the event page with the people commiting to come.

Also, if you have door prizes you would like to contribute to our raffle let me know.
