You need to take more snapshots, Larry - I think this is some of your strongest work I've seen posted. The clouds frame the moon nicely, and I love the deep blue color of the sky. The trees are well-placed in the composition with great detail throughout. Wow, really nice in my opinion. Thanks for sharing.
Happy New Year to you as well, endure and prevail?

HNY in return.
The snow helps make this image IMO.

I'll second Bill's comments, nice image Larry. I like the overall blue tones given this is a blue moon rising. Happy New Year to you.

I agree with everyone else, Larry. Great Winter scene. I really like the couds and the slight beams coming off of the moon. You guys in that part of the state sure got more snow than we did here in the central.
Thanks for getting the "blue moon" threads going.

Larry, very nice shot, as others have pointed out, the blues and the snow make the scene.

There won't be a "Blue Moon" again on New Year's Eve until 2028 so I recorded a few shots... (grins)
A "Blue Moon" happens an average of once every 2 1/2 years according to NASA.
Happy New Year to everyone on CSNP.... endure and prevail.
