Setting Moon Mount Magazine
I was not able to catch the Blue Moon but I did make it to Mount Magazine yesterday morning for sunrise. I was hoping to catch the almost full moon setting with a pink sky but due to the fog in the east the skies did not turn our like I hoped. I did get one that was interesting.

I hope everyone has a great year in 2010 and makes many photos!

Tom,
Nice capture of all these elements, moon, bluff, fog.
Better luck next time on the pink sky.

Nice look Tom. Was it as cold as it looks?

Nice moon shot Tom! I wish the moon was a little more to the left. The warm bluffs are nice.

Good job Tom. Nice stuff going on in the sky, and the fog is great. Nice light on the bluff too.

Great lighting for this one, Tom. The warm sunlight contrasts well with the foggy conditions down below. Looks like there was some hoar frost starting to form...

Hope you have a great 2010!

Hey Tom, I had looked at this several times and just now realized I hadn't commented yet. There are a lot of good elements in this one and you've got some great light going on too. Glad to see you rung the new year in right!
