The technique seems to be wait, watch, then run like hell and pray to the Fox god. In this he case he ran right between 2 cars.

Freddie the Fox is fast, furious and fun! Cool series of images. Glad all worked out well for Freddie!

This fox is definitely setting a bad example for those mule deer!

Nice series Bill, he's either a lucky guy, or has had plenty of practice!.

Very entertaining series Bill. Will you capture the evening commute home as well?

This shot is prettier.

He's luckier than the one I saw squashed on North Wilson Sunday. Looks like you were burning some frames.

Nice shot.

Since you were stopped did you pick up that garbage which looked like a milk jug along the road?

Like how the fox's fur stands out against the snow and funny series Bill!

Hi Bill,
Great series. I'm happy to know he made it through there. Pretty shot, that last one. What beautiful creatures they are. Thanks for sharing these.

Love the series, Bill. I wish the two foxes I saw killed on Hwy 24 in the past 2 days had been this lucky! Foxes are one of my favorite mammals because of their colorful coats.
