What a great setting and pose from the stag on the left!
Not sure of the stag on the right as it kind of detracts from the strong pose and BG of the left one.

Greetings,

A shame about the stag on the right, but still a very nice image. Lovely setting.

It's always a good location, with a truck load of Red deer. Good setting, nits covered.

Hi Ian,

lovely image and pose from the stag :toast:

Not too sure about the one on the right though.

Love the setting, snow and pose - think the right hand one doesn't quite work as it's neither in or out of the image cleanly for me.

Thanks all

Interesting to get feedback on the stray deer - that's what I liked about the image!! I do have others without it thankfully.

Lovely image Ian (as always), I really like the background the snow really makes the image.

I like it with the other deer, but could be a stronger image if you cloned it and cropped the bottom and added some to the top...

Hi Ian - a nice strong image and I personally like the RHS deer - nice to see the snow line which adds to the image compositionally
cheers
